Benjamin led a workshop on millennials for our Leadership Class in Lazada. It was a great training session, where i had the chance to learn a lot of new trends and insights about new generations. It was a pleasure to have you speak at our recent Town Hall in order to break up what could otherwise for staff be a monotonous session. Your talk on the different generations was very engaging with the appropriate use of visuals and in particular sounds from the past. It was not just useful for the senior managers in the room to understand why different generations have different values / behaviours but also to allow the younger staff to appreciate why some of the managers might not have the same values / behaviours as them. From the session I am sure that the staff have a better appreciation and will manage down or up being mindful of the differences.

Being able to properly engage our Generation Y workforce will ensure that we have a dynamic and viable business into the future.

I engaged Benjamin to partner with QBE on initiatives relating to engaging our younger workforce, and breaking down some of our generational barriers in the workplace. Benjamin delivered a professional keynote speech, that delivered on the brief I gave him. He was engaging, and challenged our employees to think differently about how they work with eachother. Ben is amazing. He's young, but has talent written all over him. I've known him for two years now and have always been impressed with his voracious appetite for learning and equally strong need to achieve.

He is a capable speaker, trainer, facilitator, and coach, among many other things. Recently, I was able to work with him directly for a design thinking workshop we put on for a group of 70 youth. He was a superb facilitator and really connected with the kids. They rated him a 4.88 out of 5, the highest of any facilitator.

We were delighted to have Benjamin lead our group of senior managers from our Hotels in Singapore, KL, Bali & Thailand in a workshop that is most applicable in this day and age. As a millennial himself, he was able to facilitate a one day session on how we can lead, inspire and motivate a multi generational workforce within the organisations that we manage in the most interesting, honest and relevant manner. What I liked most in his approach was his ability to navigate his session without showing any bias opinions on any specific generation. As he very aptly put it, it is not about the generation but the way we communicate and understand the differences.
